Would you believe I've lost 16 lbs. in 3 weeks just by not eating after 3PM in the afternoon? They may say it's unhealthy and that you should never skip meals but i figure with all the blubber I'm carrying around I can afford to miss a few!! @JimmyJones, I enjoy the wii fit alot of the? exercises, you can do with out the wii for free such as push ups, but it makes things entertaining and it teaches proper posture when working out.... plus it influeces the rest of my household to do get off the couch, I wouldnt quite suggest it for weight loss but its great if you are naturaly healthy and active and you want your family to be active too sometimes its difficult to get kids off the couch
