I logged about 20 hrs which was main story + most of the extra stuff. Actually AC games are one of the more lenghtier games this generation. It could have been longer, but to me, Revelation length doesnt take away from it being an awesome game. Its 10x better than AC:B IMO

It's never actually stated in the game who the friend is, but it is widely assumed to be Navi, since she best fits the description of the friend in the beginning of the game. I don't really know why she? left Link at the end of OoT, but I guess its because the quest was over and she felt that Link didn't need her as a guardian anymore.
