The reason why they don't have gamecube ports is because they one better. It's called the "Classic Controller Pro." It's basically a regular controller that you hook up to your wiimote. So all of the functions you want for Smash Bros are still intact. Same thing for FPS's. (Minus L3 & R3)

- Some of the retro stages are TERRIBLE! For example the DK Course from double dash... Why did they insert new ramps on the track? Only for? the stunts?
- The controlls. The WII-Wheel Sucks. The controlls are a LOT better with a gamecube-controller...

@teddybruscie I've never really played with the classic controller so i wouldn't know how it feels. The main reason why i do gc is because tech moves are much easier to execute than with a wiimote. Ssb4 has a long way to? go so they might put in other configurations. Who knows?

@SlamTheLabel I understand that, but? they obviously don't know about the CCP. So they think, you will have to play Smash Bros with the Wiimote or the tablet. And that's what I'm disappointed in, because they should know about the CCP but they don't. Now if you prefer the GC better than the CCP that's fine I understand that. But that was just piss poor research by Gamestop. Sadly many other Gaming Media outlets make the same mistake.

@teddybruscie the gamecube controller still is easier to use. I'm not? the type to complain as i can do any control style on any game hell i've played tekken 4 with my dance matt. The thing is it is much easier to play fighting games like smash with a gc controller. It was practically made for it. I still am happy to see more updates on this system.

I am very disappointed in Gamestop when it comes to their complaint about the controls.? The reason why they don't have gamecube ports is because they one better. It's called the "Classic Controller Pro." It's basically a regular controller that you hook up to your wiimote. So all of the functions you want for Smash Bros are still intact. Same thing for FPS's. (Minus L3 & R3) Now that that is cleared up.
