By: panch0bill. on 20 Oct 11, 17:26:35 @kNIGHTWING01 im interested to know why you suggested 3 & 4 to a new gamer. in my opinion, 3 is easy for the most part, but the dark levels are some of the most treacherous levels ive ever played, and seemingly a turnoff to new gamers. aside from 4 being not that good (in my opinion), it was the 2nd hardest MM ive played only to the first one. i would personally suggest mm2, as its not particularly easy, not particularly hard,? and doesnt really exhibit any sudden spikes in difficulty.

Nah I'd say part 2 is by far the best game for a newcomer to start with. 3 was much? harder than 2 was. 2 and 3 were by far the best of the series and 6 was pretty good as well. I thought 4 was kinda weak actually.

@kNIGHTWING01 im interested to know why you suggested 3 & 4 to a new gamer. in my opinion, 3 is easy for the most part, but the dark levels are some of the most treacherous levels ive ever played, and seemingly a turnoff to new gamers. aside from 4 being not that good (in my opinion), it was the 2nd hardest MM ive played only to the first one. i would personally suggest mm2, as its not particularly easy, not particularly hard,? and doesnt really exhibit any sudden spikes in difficulty.

Last time I checked Mega Man and Bass is part of the main cannon. It? is proved in Mega Man 9 at the end when Rock shows Wily how many times he has gone wrong before, and it fills 9 screens for the previous 9 games.

The only? Mega Man game I played was X, and I loved it! I don't know why I never bothered to get into the rest of them. The original series looks good. But maybe I should just stick with the X series. But I can't download them on the Wii Virtual Console. Everybody says 2 is the best, so maybe I'll start there. I don't guess story is that much of an issue with these games so I'll make myself right at home.
